Exercise 1 — Create the deck
Create an 8-slide leadership briefing from
/03_Mock_Marketing_Campaign_Brief.docx.
Audience: Contoso Group leadership QBR.
Slides: 1 Title, 2 Objectives, 3 Audience and channels, 4 Key messages,
5 Budget and expected ROAS, 6 Risks and mitigations, 7 Decisions required,
8 Next steps and milestones.
Use concise, credible titles. No dense paragraphs.
Exercise 2 — Add a decision slide
Add one slide on a key trade-off: deep discounting vs points-acceleration
for the loyalty relaunch. Use three columns: Option | Pros | Risks.
Keep it decision-oriented.
Exercise 3 — Tighten a dense slide
Rewrite this slide for a leadership audience. Keep only the message that
supports a decision. Max 5 bullets, max 12 words each. Move detail to notes.
Exercise 4 — Speaker notes with objection handling
Create speaker notes for each slide. For each: key message, one supporting
detail, one likely challenge from leadership, and a concise response.
