Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agent Exercises
These hands-on exercises adapt the Microsoft 365 Copilot and agent lab-guide style for a company business context. The scenarios focus on common energy-industry workflows such as operational performance, safety communications, field maintenance coordination, emissions reporting, project updates, executive briefings, and knowledge support across Microsoft 365 apps.
Important: These exercises are designed for training and demonstration purposes. Replace all sample data, file names, assets, and business scenarios with approved company training content before delivering the labs in a production or customer environment.
Participant Workbook Instructions
Use this workbook during the instructor-led session to follow each lab, capture your prompts, record Copilot outputs, reflect on results, and identify how the workflow could apply to your own company role or business process. The exercises use sample Enterprise-style scenarios and should be completed with approved training data only.
How to Use This Workbook
- Read the scenario before starting each lab.
- Copy or adapt the suggested prompts into the relevant Microsoft 365 app.
- Record useful outputs, observations, and improvement ideas in the workbook sections.
- Use the reflection questions to evaluate whether Copilot output is accurate, complete, safe, and suitable for the intended audience.
- Do not enter confidential, restricted, personal, or safety-sensitive production data unless explicitly approved for the training environment.
